窄谱UVB联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹的临床观察

【摘要】目的：观察窄谱UVB联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法：144 例慢性湿随机分为治疗组和对照组各12例，对照组给予复方甘草酸苷胶囊150mg，口服，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上给予窄谱 UVB照射，4周一疗程。比较两组的疗效。结果：比较两组治疗4周后的疗效显示：治疗组的总有效率（94.4%）明显高于对照组（19.2%），P＜0.05，统计学有显著性差异。结论：窄谱UVB联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹疗效确切，且有良好的安全性，有利于临床推广。 　　【关键词】窄谱；UVB；联合；复方甘草酸苷；慢性湿疹 　　【中图分类号】R158.23 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008- 455（2011）12-0102-01 　　Narrow-band UVB combined glycyrrhizin treatment of chronic eczema of the clinical observation 　　Zhu Xingcai 　　【Abstract】Objective: To observe the narrow-band UVB combined glycyrrhizin treatment of chronic eczema treatment.
