要求：根据下列题目，按要求写一篇80-120个单词的英语作文。只能任意选做1题，分数30分。1、近年来，我国旱情日益严重，水资源匮乏问题在很多地方突显。请以Methods to Save Water为题，写1篇短文，文中至少提出3种建议。
2、现代技术日新月异，无论是青少年，还是成年人，都需要不断的学习才能跟上技术的发展。请根据以上信息，以Learning in the New Times为题，写1篇短文。二、大作业要求（包括格式、字数、字体等）：
1、只需要写题目编号（不需要抄写题目），只做要求的题目数量（不要全部做完），以免影响评分；
